HOW TO APPLY: Complete the Fire Fighter Maintenance position application available in the District Office and return by February 3, 2017 by 3:00pm. Provide a resume. Provide a cover letter in which you address in one hundred (100) words or less why you feel you are qualified to fill the firefighter / maintenance position.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW: The application, resume, and cover letter will be reviewed by the Hope Valley – Wyoming Fire District and three (3) to five (5) potential applicants will be chosen to continue in the selection process based on a scoring rubric. The final selection process will include a written examination and oral interview. After the written exam and oral interview process is complete a hiring recommendation will be made to the Hope Valley – Wyoming Fire District’s Board of Director’s. The Board of Director’s may require a final interview prior to the applicant being hired. |
